Chilling at Pizza Ebirra Gandaria City

I was looking for a place to hang out and spend some casual time after a long day at work when I stumbled at Pizza Ebirra Gandaria City. Apparently this is their biggest outlet compared to other branches so far but still, it radiates the fun dining concept (get the pun) with a warehouse theme and colorful pop arts.

I picked a comfy sitting area placed in the corner of the restaurant and began looking for interesting dishes to order. Scrolling through the menu pages has never been so exciting! Pizza Ebirra got lots of mouthwatering menu selections designed with utterly appetizing photos and cool catchphrases. It makes me want to order everything even though I won’t have the capacity for it ha ha *dry laughs*

What makes Pizza Ebirra unique is they got both savory and sweet pizza, or they also called them ‘dessert’ pizza. But first let’s get onto the savory selections! I decided to give a shot for one of their signatures, Fungi E Prosciutto. This one is very recommended if you’re a fan of mushrooms because the toppings consist of a truckload of mushrooms, turkey ham, and brown sauce. The pizza crust isn’t too thin but it’s crispy enough on the outside and quite moist when you get into the middle. There’s also Naked Gun which is more like a protein heaven since it got salami, Omega 3 eggs, and chicken sausage mushroom as the main toppings. They also have the catchiest pizza name of all, Lord of Onion Rings, that is piled with a mountain of onion rings on top and juicy beef meatballs inside. Yum!

Now I finally got to try out the anticipated dessert pizza! Smashin’ Oreo Cheesecake was my immediate choice because, for real, who could ever resist the combination of Oreo, Cheesecake, and Pizza at the same time? The melted cream cheese flows smoothly on my first bite, followed by the crunchiness of crumbled Oreo cookies, and sugar powder. Just imagine the sparkly heaven lights bestowing upon you when you’re having it (ok this is too much but BUT). One or two bites are enough for me though because going more than that only makes the flavor feels ‘too much’.

If you’re looking for any other variant menu aside of pizza, then no need to worry. Pizza Ebirra is ready to serve  a bunch of other delicious Italian main courses such as Mama’s Lasagna (traditional lasagna with meat sauce, béchamel, salami, and boiled egg) or Sausage Hangover (chicken thuringer sausage, creamy mashed potato served with spicy gravy sauce). Don’t forget to top your experience here with their fruity flavored beers, ranging from lychee, mango, peach, and coconut flavor. I felt a whole lot more refreshed after spending an enjoyable afternoon break here, and I bet you would love to try it out too! Pizza Ebirra also got DJs and a range of weekend events at their outlets.
